Answer inquiries and obtain information for customers, visitors, and other employees.
Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees; and other duties as assigned.
Answers telephone to receive incoming calls and directs caller to appropriate personnel.
Greets visitors and determines nature and purpose of visit in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
Directs visitors to specific destination or answers questions and provides information.
Provides administrative support including the processing of correspondence, memos, reports, scheduling appointments, processing travel requests, or other documents as requested.
Process information or documents to assist customers/employees using computer, mail, or facsimile.
Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail for department.
Open and closes lobby/visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights).
Sets up phone extensions and voicemail for personnel changes and new employees.
Assist with contacting appropriate vendors for facilities service.
Performs a variety of clerical duties.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years' experience in a related position supporting a department or office
Must have Cisco PBX experience
Must have clear understanding of English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships including basic math and related applications.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, filing, and other office procedures and terminology.
