What is Reserve Health Readiness Program?
RHRP provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. Health assessments services are performed by group events, in-clinic individual appointments, and by providing call center support.
What part would you play in this mission?
Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, you will manage the review of field support requirements and recommendation of tool and test equipment. Directs the establishment of calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the review of handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support.

Pay Range $105,000 - $125,000
