The Account Support Specialist will oversee all workflow processes from estimates to final products, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This role is essential in facilitating customer interactions and optimizing collaboration across various departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary communication liaison between clients, design, production, sales, and external vendors.
Manage all aspects of customer orders, including estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, and invoicing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution, or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Prior experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus, providing insight into industry-specific processes.
