Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Associate Developer within our team. This role offers remote work opportunities. Associates will work under the guidance of Senior Developers to develop their skills and gain valuable experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their technical and analytical abilities in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on low-risk development tasks, including generating reports and creating data queries to identify data quality issues.
Develop and maintain low-priority system features under the supervision of senior team members.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues to enhance overall system performance.
Collaborate with the team to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development or business analysis principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Desire Skills:
Basic knowledge of programming languages, data querying, and reporting tools.
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $47,000 to $73,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt.
