Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Sales Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain sales data for the commercial sales team.

  • RFP and BID Coordination: Assist the commercial sales team with the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and BIDs for large projects.

  • Commission Management: Calculate and track monthly and quarterly commissions for the sales team; prepare and distribute commission statements.

  • Reporting: Generate and distribute various sales reports, including:

  • Daily/Weekly Sales Flash Reports in Excel format.

  • Monthly Leader Boards for performance tracking.

  • Month-End Sales Reports in Excel format.

  • Leads and Billing Support: Provide administrative support for the leads list and assist commercial representatives with billing issues, acting as a liaison with the billing department.

  • Service and Scheduling Support: Facilitate communication between commercial representatives and the service and scheduling teams to resolve any service or scheduling issues.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate group outings, meetings, and commercial trade shows, including booking meeting rooms, hotels, flights, and other necessary arrangements.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support commercial sales initiatives and promotions.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

  • Experience in planning events and coordinating logistics is a plus.
