• Excellent work record, strong math competency, solid mechanical aptitude and skills, good communication skills (both written and verbal), computer literacy and experience in an industrial environment.

• Ability to lift 40lbs; this is not constant/repetitive lifting.

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop.

• Ability to push and/or pull vats up to 1,000 lbs.

• Basic electrical knowledge (changing ballasts, basic wiring, troubleshooting, etc.).

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance activities such as belt changes, greasing, and filter changes.

• Safety inspections: Conduct safety inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems, including emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors 

• System monitoring: Monitor equipment operations to ensure efficiency and safety, including HVAC systems and energy management control systems 

• Ensure documentation is up to date, especially in regulated environments 

• Communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers, vendors, and contractors 

• Attend scheduled meetings and required trainings to maintain current industry knowledge 

• Provide on-call support to deal with emergency breakdown
• Basic CMMS Software knowledge (MaintiMizer, SAP, Maximo, etc.)
• Basic Calibration knowledge (Load cells, etc.)
