RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
This team is responsible for all non-selling tools/products utilized by the store associates. This group is divided into a few different arears of focus (i.e., Asset protection, Safety and Facilities, Waste Compliance, and Devices). The Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the Devices vertical as they have received additional funding to tackle a handful of initiatives like Indoor Geolocation, Asset/Device Tracking and as well as a handheld scanner refresh and a push to migrate to GCP.

Key Initiatives:
Device State Tables Development:
Indoor Geolocation:

• Asset tracking (e.g., helping associates locate equipment like ladders and forklifts)


• Device tracking for in-store hardware


• Customer assistance for locked-up products

Customer pushes a bottom on the Company App which notifies a store associate of the need and where to find the customer:
PinPad Monitoring:

• Capability to track the on/off status of PinPads

Scanner Refresh:

• Most existing scanners are 7 to 10 years old; A major research effort is underway


• Plans for a significant proof of concept (POC) next year, with a project budget of $40 to $50 million

Cloud Migration:

• Transitioning from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior Product Manager with a solid foundation of Product fundamentals, experience working cross functionally with multiple stake holders, experience developing a roadmap, experience managing/grooming/prioritizing a backlog, writing user stories and conducting research

• Local Presence: Required to visit stores in the Cumberland, West Cobb, Kennesaw, or Canton areas at least once a week (usually Wednesdays or Thursdays).


• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with normal Agile ceremonies (two-week sprints) and tools like Jira or Jira Align (training available if needed)


• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering and UX teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
