Are you passionate about eradicating cancer and highly motivated to explore T-cell receptor (TCR) gene therapy approaches? We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our Oncology R&D team. This is your chance to work on the next generation of new drug modalities and experience more than traditional molecules.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading pipeline tumor-specific TCR-T therapy projects. You will also be tasked with developing strategies to increase antitumor potency of TCR-engineered T cells, critically analyzing and interpreting data, and contributing to study reports and presentations.
Essential Skills/Experience:
PhD or MD in relevant subject area with at least 7 years of experience in immunology
Track record of innovation in TCR-T immunotherapy research
Experience in culturing and expanding human T cells using a variety of methods
Expertise in genetically modifying T cells
Extensive experience in common immunological assays
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly developed problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and lead a small team
Ability to drive projects to completion
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Molecular biology skills
Experience in human adoptive cell therapy trials
Expertise in a wide range of gene engineering platforms
Experience in preclinical mouse models of adoptive cell therapy
Experience in cell therapy development in a biotech/pharma setting

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $105,875 to $158,812. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
