Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + Renewable



Job Type: [PART TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

Pay Range: $17-$18/hr only on W2


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).



Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to provide services sales support in order that the Service Sales organization is able to achieve their sales, revenue and bookings goals.
The Run Rate Quote Representative will be required to work closely with Service Sales, Service Ops, Partners, and Order Management. Successful candidates should have a background in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

* Generate and deliver service renewal quotations for Client's|Poly sales and Partners, ensuring renewal quotation deadlines are met.
* Make effective use of Client's Analytics and OSS systems by retrieving data and running installation base reports to research accounts and uncover new opportunities.
* Track quoting for metrics.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer information is maintained in the database systems
* Undertake any other duties required to assist in the successful operation of the department.
* Strengthen partner collaboration

Qualifications

* College degree preferred
* 2 years + experience in sales support processes
* Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases
* Experience SAP S4 and Siebel systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage

* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Capable to multi-task, prioritize work with minimal supervision
* Ability to work as a team player
