The Program Director for Digital Power at Faith Technologies plays a pivotal role in growing the Digital Power business by partnering with external clients and collaborating with internal project teams to deliver comprehensive solutions under the Path to Smarter Energy™ framework. The incumbent is a subject matter expert in energy metering, power quality monitoring, and correction within the organization.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering field


Experience: 10 years in a related technical Field

Experience: 10 years in a related technical sales field


Travel: 0-25%


Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





  • Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that address customer needs.




  • Metering and Monitoring Expertise: Act as a central knowledge hub for metering and monitoring inquiries, ensuring efficient power management.




  • Organizational Awareness: Raise awareness within the organization about the critical importance of metering and monitoring.




  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison for key strategic partnerships in the digital power domain.




  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements.




  • Solution Design & Development: Contribute to the design and development of Energy Management/Control solutions.




  • Business Development: Engage in business development activities related to energy management/control solutions.




  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
