Description: Our client is currently seeking a RN - Cath Lab



Job Type: Ongoing Contract (W2, Weekly Pay, Benefits Available)

Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-7:30PM (no nights/weekends/on call/holidays)

Location: Syracuse, NY 13210

Compensation: $44-48 based on education/experience


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist VA Cardiologists during catheterization.


• Prepare patients pre- and post-procedure.


• Understand cardiac meds, rhythms, ACLS, triage, and IV admin.


• Know Acute Coronary Syndrome, Pneumonia protocols, and emergency responses.


• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate veteran care.


• Work with guidance from the Nurse Manager/designee.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate's degree or BSN or MSN


• Nurses must have active, current registration as a professional nurse in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the US. All licenses should be held fully valid and without restriction.


• Minimum of 2-years critical care experience within the last 3 years.
