Position Title: Sr Product Manager - Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of UHC IFP's OE25 results to determine their impact on future product strategy.
Review early 2025 vendor partner metrics and performance to assess product strengths and opportunities.
Develop and analyze financial models based on vendor cost estimates to support IFP financial projections.
Analyze broader IFP market trends and patterns to inform early direction and capital needs for PY27 product strategy development.
Support the development of product designs, compile Qualified Health Plan (QHP) applications, and submit plan filings for select states.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and background in the IFP market.
- Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis.
- Familiarity with health insurance product design.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture insights.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment within the health insurance industry.
- Professional and personable presentation skills for interactions with internal teams and vendor partners.
