Job Title: Helpdesk Specialist II


Work Location: Onsite inMinneapolis, MN


Duration: 12+ month Contract


Work Hours: Standard daytime hours with some flexibility. No overtime expected.



Job Overview:

This role involves replacing outdated hardware with new, pre-built equipment across various locations within the metro area. The technician will coordinate and schedule refresh times with end users. While most devices will be pre-configured, some minimal software installation may be required. The role includes traveling to multiple sites, including office and power plant environments, aiming to complete 3-5 device refreshes daily. The technician will work within the Deskside Support team, deploying equipment and managing any issues that arise, escalating to the larger team if necessary.



Customer Support: This role supports internal customers/end users and does not interface with external customers or suppliers.



Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of previous experience in a HelpDesk role
• Strong customer service skills
• Driver's license and reliable transportation (fleet vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis)
• Proficiency in Windows 11
• Familiarity with general peripherals
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
• Basic skills in PowerShell
