Education:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Ability to operate warehouse machinery, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts
Ability to work independently
Well-developed hand/eye coordination
No fear of heights (machinery goes to 24' in the air)
Ability to endure approximately 1,000 - 1,400 bends, lifting, stooping, and tossing of items
Must be able to lift 40 - 100 pounds (maximum height - head level)
Must be able to carry 40 - 100 pounds approximately 5 feet
Must be able to stand and walk for 8 1/2 hours straight
Must be able to endure constant wrist turning and grasping of controls of warehouse machinery
Must be able to endure machine shaking as it passes down aisles
Ability to endure wear and tear on knees and back
Ability to endure working conditions inclusive of hot, cold, odors, dirty, dusty, and noisy
Ability to endure dizziness from walking in circles shrink wrapping pallets for delivery
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to perform these functions with numbers up to 80 without the use of a calculator.
Ability to read and organize numbers.

Job Overview:
The Inbound Order Selector will be responsible for accurately picking all Food Market, Office Billing, FedEx, UPS, Special Runs, and Company Requisition orders within the Warehouse.
Expectations:
Accurately and efficiently read and select orders from pick labels, pick sheets, and emails.
Appropriately select product by correct rotation.
Product must be selected and stacked according to weight and stop number sequence.
Job Duties:
Read and select orders from the pick sheets accurately for all Food Market orders, Office Billing, FedEx, UPS, Special Runs, and Company Requisitions.
Select and stack product on one or two pallets while keeping heavier product on bottom and lighter product on top.
Save, initial, and place pick sheet in designated area.
Select product and observe rotation and expiration dates.
Count quantities of items carefully.
Weigh items with catch weights and record the correct weight on the pick sheets or enter in the computer for invoicing.
Place pallet by loading or staging area to be picked up.
Clean up designated area at end of shift.
Follow all safety rules and regulations of warehouse.
Operate all machinery according to company policy and procedures.
Assist in other areas of warehouse as assigned by Supervisor.
Interact and cooperate positively with all Martin Bros. personnel.
Suggest positive changes for the department and Martin Bros.
Read and follow company policy.
