Reporting to the Director Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Risk and Sustainability, the Sr. Manager for SRM, Risk and Sustainability will support in the strategy and governance of all three programs.
The Sr. Manager will be required to maintain partnerships across the Walmart Global Indirect Procurement Organization enhancing sourcing practices from a policy perspective reducing supplier risk and building a sustainable SRM model.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to conducting qualitative and quantitative risk-based assessments to identify and manage the most strategic supplier partnerships. Additionally, this position will require the Sr. Manager to possess a deep understanding of Supply Chain and Indirect Procurement while demanding accountability and results from internal stakeholders.
High level of exposure to international markets, Senior Leadership with a proven track record of analytical problem solving and presenting in a persuasive manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and develop in partnership with the Global Leverage team performance management score-cards, business review materials and innovation strategies for suppliers under the SRM program.
Define and monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of Supplier Risk Program and enhance best practices for supplier on-boarding across International Markets.
Support the continual application of Indirect Procurements Sustainability Program goals for suppliers and oversee the implementation Responsible Sourcing practices.
Demonstrate persuasive leadership and collaboration skills in influencing markets to adopt procurement practices related to SRM, Supplier Risk and Sustainability.
Tailors outreach strategies and implements global training as needed to International Markets in the areas of Supplier Risk, Responsible Sourcing & SRM innovation.
Manage data collection, analytics and reporting for the SRM, Risk & Sustainability programs.
Identifies procedural improvements to reduce Supplier Risk across the SRM program.
Qualifications:
Experienced in indirect procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Ability to develop qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop/drive strategic procurement processes to enable internal stakeholders.
Experience in working in a Global, matrixed organization and working with multiple countries to identify and execute strategic sourcing opportunities.

Highly organized and able to work on multiple initiatives ensuring timely execution of Business strategies.

High degree of autonomy to take the initiative to deliver financial and non-financial value to business stakeholders. Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish, Chinese,) is advantageous but not required.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
