We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations through advanced data analysis, developing strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, data management, data visualization, with proficiency web app development & advanced data analysis. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and software such as Python, SQL, Tableau, HTML, and CSS is also required.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Optimization
Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Utilize data analytics, including SQL and Power BI, to identify trends, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and implement best practices.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Advanced knowledge of data mining and experience with SQL, data warehousing, statistical analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional data teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
Develop and maintain comprehensive supply chain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
Conduct in-depth analyses of supply chain data with SQL to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Strategic Planning
You're a team player... working cross-functionally with product, data science, and tech teams to bring new business capabilities to life.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.
Team Leadership
You build trust quickly & lead by influence...creating sustainable business impact through partnership, as well as end-to-end ownership.
You're an effective communicator... flexing your skills by using data and metrics to tell stories verbally, through written word documents, and in presentations.
Provide guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met and individual performance is optimized.
Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the supply chain team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics.
Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
Experience with advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, HTML, CSS).
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
