The Senior Manager, Surety of Supply supports efforts to reinvent who we partner with and how we work collaboratively to drive surety over longer time horizons. This role develops the capabilities and cross-functional alignment necessary to propel the Surety agenda forward. We are looking for entrepreneurial, collaborative problem solvers who enjoy working cross functionally and driving change. You will report to the Director of Grocery Surety of Supply and the position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The Surety of Supply team accelerates and scales Walmart's efforts to build supply resilience for key categories. We work across food and consumable products in close collaboration with merchants and Sourcing Managers as well as teams in Private Brands, sustainability, technology, manufacturing, and beyond.
What you'll do:
Partner with Sourcing Managers and Merchants to accelerate Supply Strategy on specific Walmart categories, which will include tasks related to project management, strategy development, agreement development, and resource requests
Generate analysis and insights from complex data
Build reports, presentations, and other tracking/reporting tools to communicate business status and progress
Manage project-based work independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative and follow through
Lead capacity building, process improvement, and ways-of-working evolutions with your peers and beyond
Demonstrate inclusive leadership that enhances belonging in the organization
You'll Sweep Us off our Feet if you have....
Outstanding strategy building, project management, and communication skills
Track record of demonstrating high levels of initiative, ownership, and thought leadership in complex environments
Experience leading cross-functional projects and successfully influencing to spark change
Experience building complex business cases and communicating to executive leaders
4+ years of experience in retail, corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or CPG
MBA or Master's degree in economics, trade, agriculture, sustainability, or similar fields

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
