A day in the life.



As our Client Support Associate, you will work closely with the Surety team, assisting with administrative tasks including making copies, overnight mailing, follow up with the maintenance of bonds, including riders, change orders, and consents, perform tasks needed to execute bonds such as collecting data, completing necessary forms, and writing letters or emails. You will assist Surety Client Managers in communicating with clients to obtain necessary information to facilitate the processing of bond requests.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.


• Two (2) years office experience


• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred


• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).


• Financial or Accounting background


• Knowledge of Surety coverage and markets


• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight
