Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Capability Manager to join their team. This role is remote and will support the expansion and product implementation for the Individual and Family Plan (IFP) team.

As a Sr. Capability Manager, you will be part of a diverse team of product and benefit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) responsible for the interpretation and implementation of IFP benefits. You will report to the Director of IFP Product Operations and work alongside Product Managers and Sr. Product Managers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with IFP Product team members to ensure accurate, clear, and consistent benefit requirements across new and existing states.
- Facilitating the intake, triage, and management of Product Operations work items, ensuring a healthy backlog and throughput of work.
- Developing metrics and status reports in partnership with the Product Operations leadership team.
- Creating and publishing comprehensive reports on IFP product and benefit implementation progress and risks on a routine basis.
- Developing standard operating procedures and other process documentation in collaboration with the Product Operations leadership team.
- Partnering with Product, Operations, Clinical, and Configuration teams to achieve benefit implementation solutions that align with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of health insurance/managed care experience in product implementation, benefit operations, or project management.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple functional areas within a health insurance/managed care organization.
- Detail-oriented focus with a commitment to accuracy and quality in documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive progress in a highly-matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience identifying, developing, and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in benefit/coverage/regulatory policy review and development.
- Working knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) market requirements.
