What You'll Do:

• Apply your expertise in software engineering to design, implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud and Pardot).


• Collaborate with customers to develop innovative solutions that achieve their business goals.


• Review and analyze business and technical requirements, and implement technical solutions to meet those needs.


• Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and service request management for supported products and environments.


• Perform peer reviews using software engineering principles, patterns, and development guidelines.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.


• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in configuration and potentially custom code development (Apex).


• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Java, C#, or Python.


• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and the ability to learn new platforms.


• Experience with cloud services, including planning, development, migration, and integration of applications.


• Familiarity with project infrastructure and tools, such as Salesforce environments, Pardot environment(s), Connector, Salesforce CI/CD tooling, and apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.
