WHAT YOU'LL DO/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead & Motivate the Team: Oversee daily operations, inspire team performance, and provide coaching to keep everyone aligned with goals.
Manage Scheduling: Create and adjust weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage, with flexibility during peak periods.
Solve Problems: Be the go-to person for operational challenges, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain Efficiency: Conduct regular audits, monitor equipment, and ensure systems run smoothly. Minor repairs and equipment troubleshooting are part of the role.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure that every guest interaction meets our high standards of service and satisfaction.
Communicate with Impact: Keep an open line of communication with your team and upper management, providing daily and weekly operational reports.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING/SKILLS
Experience: 2-4 years in a supervisory or management role, ideally in operations, logistics, or a customer service environment. Experience in theme parks, hospitality, or equipment repair is a big plus.
Leadership Skills: You can motivate and manage a diverse team with confidence and positivity.
Problem-Solving Ability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a natural at finding solutions.
Strong Communication: Clear and effective communication is your strength, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a bonus.
Tech-Savvy: You have intermediate computer skills, including the ability to work with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and track performance metrics to keep the team running efficiently.
Location: Based in or around Los Angeles, with easy access to commute to Universal Studios.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience: Six months of successful supervisory experience.
Availability: Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Customer Service & Math Skills: Strong customer service experience and mathematical comprehension are highly valued.
Cash Handling: Previous experience with cash and coins is a plus.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Valid Drivers License is required
