Superior Water, Light and Power Company (SWL&P) is a subsidiary of ALLETE, Inc. and provides electricity, water and natural gas to customers in Superior, Wisconsin and adjacent areas. Superior is located in northwestern Wisconsin across the St. Louis River from Duluth, Minnesota.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under direction, review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and implement operational excellence and process improvements to parallel overall business strategies.
Assist in the Development and facilitation of programs.
Help evaluate results of process changes and training, and coordinate resource needs with other departments.
Assist in the creation of new and enhanced processes and systems, and aids in the design, testing, implementation, documentation and evaluation.
Effective performance required to assure meeting corporate goals for providing high level of customer satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal, technical and communication skills required to establish and maintain working relationships and to enhance company image.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required
Candidates completing their degree by December 31, 2024 will be considered
Degree in business administration, engineering or a related field preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
No experience required
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will report regularly in person to Superior, WI
Duties may require frequent travel to outlying areas and long days are required when away from the office setting.
This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.
