Utilize 3rd party tools to qualify leads and pass/assign them to the sales team in Salesforce.
Evaluate and refine lead generation strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Support the sales and commercial operations team using automated tools (Salesforce, PowerBI), facilitate the monthly sales reporting, and prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Support development and enhancement efforts related to quoting in Salesforce.
Support data integration efforts in the Enterprise data warehouse (EDW).
Perform setup of items in ERP and ensure the quality of master data in key systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
Address data discrepancies, and update missing information in the ERP when applicable.
Complete a variety of preventative maintenance tasks on item master, and other identified data domains to drive data accuracy and maintain a high integrity of Item Master Data.
Perform ad-hoc master data analysis and assist with special projects that address master data improvements.
Assist with ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis.
Microsoft Excel skills required (macros, pivot tables, VBA).
Microsoft Dynamics SL, QAD, SageX3, Salesforce, and PowerBI a plus.
Ability to take ambiguous or incomplete information and turn it into a practical solution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter with the ability to independently identify action items.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the flexibility to quickly adapt to changing needs.
Possesses a customer service attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively and influence others across the organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
