This position works in a cold environment for long periods of time and lifts up to fifty pounds on a regular basis.
This position is responsible for overall operation of the CFS Bagging System, including the operation, preventative maintenance, thru put, film waste and up time of the system.
This includes the scale and feeding system to the CFS Bagger.
Position will stand, stoop, reach and bend to troubleshoot and adjust various parts of the system.
Responsibilities include running all equipment at manufacturer's recommended speed, set points, operational controls, scale, bagger, date codes, check weighers and other external equipment affiliated with the system.
Position is also responsible for equipment setup and changeover and supplying and reloading film. Must also troubleshoot the performance of the entire bagger system, diagnose, correct and facilitate resolution of all equipment issues on the machine; perform all preventative maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer and document system performance production thru put and down time in Tyson Management Systems.

Must be able to troubleshoot, maintain and adjust a series of equipment, as well as teach, cross train, and assist in the successful operation and upkeep of this equipment.

Abides by all company safety policies and core safety mandates as well as lockout/tagout procedures (training will be provided).
Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
