The mission of the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary is to serve the Commonwealth, the nation, and the global community both by offering high-quality educational programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels and by creating and communicating new knowledge.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development & Alumni Engagement, this position is designed to develop strategies and tactics to engage undergraduate alumni of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business from the time they are students and throughout their lives, creating life-long relationships between the Raymond A. Mason School of Business and our alumni. Key responsibilities and focus will include, but are not limited to:

Faculty or Staff: 12 month
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
* Demonstrated excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse audience including business leaders, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
* Familiarity with a donor/alumni databases and a thorough understanding of setting up processes and systems.
* Experience with event planning and successful management of events, programs and resources.
* Demonstrated high level of creativity, with the ability to create and oversee event experiences that engage, cultivate and educate.
* Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments with competing deadlines and manage a team that works in concert to produce high-quality programs.
* Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to identify short and long-range goals of Mason Development and Alumni Relations and contribute to effective and measurable execution of outcomes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and produce reports to create and track metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
* Strong computer proficiency in a variety of software applications to include MS office Suite.
* Knowledge of academic fundraising and alumni relations.
* Experience using software such as CVENT and/or BlackBaud CRM
Hybrid (works remotely at least 1 day per week but not full-time)
Remote work eligibility is not guaranteed and is subject to approval. Employee eligibility depends on the likelihood of the employee succeeding in a remote work arrangement and the supervisor's ability to manage remote workers. Departments and/or Human Resources may amend, alter, change, delete, or modify eligibility.
Up to $65,000 commensurate with experience and internal alignment.
All hiring rates are commensurate with relevant experience up to the advertised amount considering internal alignment.
