Major/Essential Functions
Coordinates with patients to deliver and administer medications as ordered and prescribed by providers.
Follows compliance and departmental standards to ensure patients' safety is prioritized. Ensures physical control of medications is always within department standards.
Clearly, concisely, and timely documents activities in patients' health records and medication administration systems.
Within the scope of the specific credential of the team member, will support clinical activities in the health facility under the direction of the facility director and nurse management.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in the job classification and/or position description.

Required Qualifications
