Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This professional will play a key role in supporting our Managing Directors and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations across our fast-paced, collaborative firm. Key Responsibilities:
Support Managing Directors:
Meet regularly with Managing Directors to prioritize weekly tasks
Manage and organize MD's email, providing prioritized support
Prepare daily calendars, confirm meetings, and manage reservations
Coordinate team meetings and KPI reporting with the Operations team
Calculate mileage, manage expense reports, and submit to Accounting
Schedule and track internal team annual reviews
Greet clients and consultants for in-office meetings
Handle additional administrative tasks as needed
Support Office Team:
Provide backup support for other administrative roles during peak times
Assist with planning company-wide client and consultant events
Qualifications:
Passionate about joining a growing company and contributing to its success
Relevant administrative experience, ideally within a talent solutions or consulting firm
Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building quick rapport with clients and consultants
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Critical thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
