The University of Miami Health System, "UHealth", Information Technology Department has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Product Analyst to work in Miami.
The Digital Product Analyst - Central supports the Product Manager and the Digital Innovation team on delivering innovative products in the patient and employee digital experience landscape.
Supports the Product Manager on the product development lifecycle from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Supports the creation of product specifications as needed: wireframes with support from UX team, process workflows, state transition diagrams, copy decks, acceptance test plans, user stories and acceptance criteria, personas, and any other agile artifacts that will serve as a communication bridge between customers and the development team.
Collaborates with cross functional teams such as patient experience, operations, marketing, development, data analytics, project management, engineering and operations to ensure products meet customers and business requirements.
Performs operational duties such as document internal and external meetings, develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs and timelines and visit physical sites to test products.
Participates on user research and analyzes qualitative data and customer feedback to understand current products and product opportunities.
Analyzes quantitative data and put results in an understandable business context.
Performs quality assurance test alongside with development and engineering teams to ensure
products are launched according to business acceptance criteria.
Supports the development of market research opportunities and conduct data gathering from target audience online or in person.
Stays up to date on industry trends and innovations to inform digital innovation team.
Identifies and communicates with third-party vendors who can potentially work with technology products to be implemented by the digital innovation team.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
