MHBS: Full-Time Educator (Assistant Professor of Professional Practice)




Department of Business Law



Miami Herbert Business School at the University of Miami is inviting applications for an Educator position at the Assistant level in the Department of Business Law starting in the January 2025. The post-holder will provide leadership of the School's various activities in Business Law within the Miami Herbert Business School.


The Department is specifically interested in an individual who has significant credibility and standing with senior executives in their field. The candidate's reputation is likely to be derived from a prior distinguished professional career at top levels in business or policy and/or significant research that is influential among practitioners. They should also have research that will most often by published books, cases, and in the best practitioner and policy journals. The candidate must hold a PhD, JD, or equivalent equalization and will have spent some part of your career in academia. Teaching experience is required to teach executive education programs for the School.
