Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Specialist - Human Resources Support.
Primary Purpose of Position:
Management and follow-up of the I-9 process, ensuring we obtain the required documents from all new hires within a timely manner to maintain compliance.
Manages the HR vanity inbox which includes addressing inquiries or passing them along to the applicable HR team in a timely manner.
Manages physical mail, which includes reviewing, addressing, and dispersing all in a timely and accurate manner.
Provides support for HR projects and programs and maintains documentation and tracking.
Works with IT to produce reports and compile data needed to support HR projects.
Manages unemployment claims for the organization, coordinating with the local Business Partner to obtain necessary information and respond as needed.
Provides administrative support and overall coordination of tasks for employee events.
Ensures timely updates of employment law posters in New Jersey.
Assists in the administrative auditing (i.e., COVID processes and protocol, employee training completion rates, goal setting exercises, etc.) of various business units.
Accurately files and stores all employee-related documents in OnBase and/or Workday.
Provides general support to the business for HR-related inquiries.
Supports varied areas of the HR Support team with project work, temporary coverage, or workload support.
Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Relevant Work Experience:
2+ years' experience in administrative services or related fields
Experience with Workday a plus
Prior Human Resources experience a plus
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $25.15 - $36.47 USD per hour.
