Main responsibilities:
Senior Director, HCP Marketing, COPD will be accountable for the pre-launch development and execution of global marketing strategies and initiatives to support the global launch of Sanofi pipeline product for the treatment of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). This product is potentially a Best-in-class and First-in-class IL-33 blocker for COPD and one of key assets driving Sanofi's ambition to become an Immunology powerhouse and a leader in Respiratory specialty care.
The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset.
The role will be highly cross-functional, cross-cultural and cross-regional, and involve leveraging synergies through a strong collaboration with all Dupixent and Alliance partner.
Global HCP marketing strategy development and execution
Develop and implement the global HCP marketing strategies for the assigned new product in COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) in close collaboration with key markets for the fastest launch uptake as the First-in-class and Best-in-class anti IL-33.
Address key insights and proactively identify HCPs needs in order to establish the assigned new product as the future standard of care in COPD.
Sharpen the value proposition of the assigned new product in COPD and develop brand narratives and messages.
Conceptualize and execute the unbranded/branded campaigns including the core DSE (Disease State Education) and branded assets and tactics.
Develop and implement multichannel approaches to amplify the assigned new product's awareness and adoption, including digital strategy.
Work with Market Development and Customer engagement teams for developing the overarching KOL strategy in COPD and executing KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement plan.
Work with Medical Affairs and HEVA (Health Economy and Value Access) and ensure that key IEGP (Integrated Evidence Generation Plan) elements are delivered to optimize long term brand success of the assigned new product.
Input into Sci Comms planning for publication strategy and brand awareness generation, and participate in execution of the Global Franchise congress strategy.
Launch preparation and country support
Work closely with the affiliates and co-create key launch assets and promotional materials that support the success of the assigned new product in key markets.
Support key markets' launch success.
Admin and agency management
Manage work-plans and projects within budget to ensure effective execution.
Communicate closely with Strategy & Operations, and with agency partners, to ensure appropriate planning, tracking and execution of brand plan.
Communicate closely with agency partners, Marketing team and manage brand team interactions with the Review Committee for implementation of tactics.
About you
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial operations: sales, marketing, sales analytics, product/project management, and/or consulting in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Global Marketing and Key market experience (US, EU, China, Japan) preferred
