Summary:

The Project Manager, Operations is responsible for providing project support, trouble-shooting, and Subject Matter Expertise to the department. May work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. This position will conduct research, design processes, revise existing procedures, and contribute on numerous tasks that assist the department as needed

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.

  • Maintains project-related documentation and provides status updates to Senior Leadership.

  • Proactively track projects/tasks to ensure work is completed on schedule.

  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

  • Coordinate project-based work that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff.

  • Provide SME support for all staff levels.

  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.

  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

  • Exhibit extreme discretion in handling of all business matters.

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding continuous training needs and curriculum development.

  • Assist the EVP with varying projects on an as needed basis.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.

  • Create and deliver inter and intra departmental written and verbal communication to ensure that the coordination is successful.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • 3-5 Years’ Experience
