The Lead Digital Analyst oversees the Digital Analyst team to ensure the delivery of a broad range of modern technology solutions for key stakeholders across the company, while developing and implementing best practices. The main responsibilities of the Digital Analyst Manager include managing and coaching the Digital Analyst team members, acting as Tech Lead on medium to large technical, systems, or business improvement projects, planning and executing on Strategic Technological Directions, and working with Business Partners to understand and deliver solutions for the needs of the business.
This role oversees project software development efforts, coordinates with business technology managers, resources, and external resources involved in project execution. They will provide technical expertise on medium to large projects. They will manage and coach the Digital Analyst team members, facilitate code reviews, and manage contractor relations. This role is also responsible for setting and delivering Strategic Technology initiatives. Attention to detail, organization, communication, leadership, and strategy are key skills for this role.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred.
Experience: 6+ years direct work experience in a development. Preferred leadership and/or project management experience. Preferred experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.
Experience managing and/or coaching developers
Knowledge with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
Previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines and test automation
Experience in Javascript web application frameworks (e.g. React, Vue)
Experience in mobile application frameworks
Demonstrated expertise developing, deploying, and monitoring software in Azure, AWS, or GCP both on the edge and in the cloud utilizing SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and Serverless compute models
Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing
Experience with container technologies
Knowledge of RESTful API's and microservices architectures.
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as catalyst that enables our platforms and technologies to deliver customer outcomes that support sustainability and resiliency, as well as optimal financial and operational performance.
Leads the development of solutions within specific SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
Develops Cloud application.
Partners with Architecture and Infrastructure for cloud infrastructure planning, testing and development.
Develops and monitors core application KPI's in Dynatrace to drive continuous improvement in customer experiences.
Manages contractor relations.
Manages and maintains Github Actions CI/CD pipelines.
Leads the design, development, and support of web, IoT, API and mobile applications using a variety of technologies.
Manages, coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members and contractors.
Ensures that application development, integrations, and DevSecOps best practices are adhered to and ensures lessons learned are documented and followed.
Becomes a trusted partner for Faith Technologies Inc senior leadership, Business Technology, Engineering, Architecture, and other internal or external partners.
Maintains a focus on UI/UX in conjunction with the business and other stakeholders.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
