with Quality and Engineering organizations to reduce Cost of Poor Quality
(COPQ), achieve acceptable first pass yield goal, support First Article
Inspection (FAI) and SPS data for new product introduction and improvement
of existing processesFurther, you
will support creation of documentation necessary for new applications,
including job instructions, job routers, job safety analyses, standard
operating procedures, etc.In this
position, you will analyzes the reasons for equipment failure and leads
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
effortsYou will
participate in reliability related incident investigations; prioritizes
action items, and follows-up on their implementationYou will also
support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) efforts to increase machine
utilization, as defined by facility targets and analyze process data and
lead improvement projectsYou will work
as integral team member on productivity projects utilizing Lean
Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices, support the design and modify
tooling / fixturing for new product introduction and improvement of
existing processes, and support design reviews with safety and ergonomic
focus on plant systems and production equipment changes plants
