Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Business Administrative Management Executive to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Division of Mission and Administrative Resources and Support (MARS). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the MARS director with leading agency wide initiatives and serve as the liaison between MARS and other directors and offices, ensuring effective communication and organization.
2. Structures and organizes administrative work to promote the efficient operation of the division
3. Collaborate with various key stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of processes across the agency
4. Conduct research and provide recommendations on industry best practices for administrative and management purposes.
5. Prepare and/or update reports, correspondence and documents
6. Manages correspondence and communicates organizational information to the appropriate parties
7. Manage division repositories and record keeping for storage, tracking and internal control
8. Streamline operations for maximum efficiency, automation and effectiveness where appropriate.
9. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in support of the strategic planning process, goal setting and establishment of MARS objectives and key results.
10. Conduct internal audits of current MARS procedures and processes and provide recommendations for new improved procedures and processes.
11. Coordinate the assessment, planning and assignment of administrative requests and requirements by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the procedures.
Requirements:
• Familiarity with overseeing business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Executive support experience is a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Must possess great critical thinking and communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• EDUCATION: High School diploma
• CLEARANCE: HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
