For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

About The Role

Your daily routine here at Schneider Electric will include participation on an Agile team deploying Azure based solutions . You will collaborate with other engineers , scrum masters , product owners and others to help develop and deploy our solutions for our utility industry customers. We build cloud hosted applications using micro-services in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

In your role as a n Dev Ops Engineer, you would participate in the following activities:

  • Support cloud and enterprise deployment of software products and components
  • Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot network configuration and cloud connectivity
  • Contribute to the best practices for cloud and enterprise software deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Perform routine monitoring and support of cloud-based services infrastructure to ensure its reliable operation
  • Develop and utilize automated deployment and monitoring tools and scripts

About You

Do you have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies , Electrical Engineering, or a related field with computer emphasis? Do you have knowledge of network protocols and the TCP/IP stack? Do you know ( or want to learn ) about network security such as SSL, TLS, PKI? If you have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and are excited to be part of a dynamic development team focused on delivering top notch service to our customers , then we want you!
