Our client is a reputable owner-builder specializing in multifamily and affordable housing projects. Currently managing a multifamily project consisting of two 4-story buildings valued at $80 million, with 18 months remaining.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the construction of the multifamily project.
Supervise and mentor 2 Junior Superintendents.
Report directly to the Senior VP and the President of Construction.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in multifamily and residential construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
Compensation:
Competitive salary up to $180,000.
Truck and gas allowance.
