Job Description: Contracts Administrator
HunaTek is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to provide to support to our growing federal business and contract portfolio. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of functions related to contract agreements, performance, and compliance including, but not limited to:
Monitoring contractual compliance and performance in partnership with company subsidiary Presidents and Program Managers.
Providing review and feedback on contractual agreements with customers and subcontractors to include Contract reviews, Modifications, Change Orders, NDAs, Teaming Agreements.
Managing contractual issues across the HunaTek portfolio, ensuring organizational effectiveness and standardization.
Monitoring compliance of subcontractors, and informing remediation approaches for any issues that arise (i.e. Cure Notices, Notice of Default, Stop Work, etc.).
Partnering with Program Managers to ensure contractual compliance.
Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
Maintaining SAM.gov entries to include: new entities, annual revenue, maintaining banking, NAICS, et. Al.
Supporting SBA Compliance requirements, to include the review of changes to SBA Rules and Regulations.
Leading development and oversight of 8(a) packages for new companies 8(a) packages for Joint Ventures.
Leading SBA filing and registration process, to include: Annual Certifications – Subsidiaries and JVs and Management and Ownership of Change Packages.
Partnering and collaborating across multiple departments to help maintain daily operations.
Maintaining contractual records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and subcontracts administration
Knowledge and understanding of governing Federal Regulations (FAR and DFAR)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage and track multiple projects and tasks
Work location: This position may be performed fully remote. Work location must be within the United States. Travel up to 20% may be required.
