Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. User Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Discover (Homepage & Navigation) team, where you will collaborate with a diverse group of experience designers, researchers, taxonomists, product managers, and engineers. Your focus will be on creating compelling, human-centered experiences that align with business goals and results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Experience/UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
- Utilize research, site metrics, and usability findings to inform recommendations and drive strategy.
- Foster a shared vision of the future by understanding the problem space.
- Participate in a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with research, analytics, consumer insights, and A/B testing teams on methodology and approach for testing Experience Design strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership on the evolution of our Experience Design practice.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced skills with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Miro, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, usability standards, and best practices.
- Ability to present designs, drive consensus, and negotiate trade-offs.
- Understanding of the technology behind design solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years working as an embedded product designer alongside product management and engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Experience/UX Designer or 6+ years in a Design related role.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly when partnering with product team members and cross-collaboration.
- Innovative thinking to help drive the team forward.
