The Commercial Excellence Coordinator is a critical member of the team responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of our training programs. In addition, this individual will be key to managing all significant commercial related tasks at the home office in Covington, GA.

Required Location: Covington, GA
Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with assigned tasks and support the daily operations needed to enable the success of the selling effort.
Answer and address inbound inquiries from UCC commercial team, employing prioritization and time management techniques to maximize efficiency.
Complete investigations into various sales enablement related issues and resolve as needed.
Schedule and execute calls with internal UCC US Region teams to address and resolve issues as needed.
Identify complexities or unique scenarios, and to diagnose and propose process updates for resolution.
Gain proficiency with internal tools such as Salesforce.com, Power BI, Concur and other programs related to Sales Enablement
Provide support to sales enablement and broader commercial team by answering questions and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with developing and maintaining critical reports for sales enablement
Coordinates entire new sales hire process to include; all information relating testing, hiring, on-boarding, credentialing, training, fleet administration and monthly reporting for field sales personnel for their appropriate franchise
Maintains and coordinates the new hire education and development schedules, calendars, manuals and literature.
Partner with UCC events team to book travel, hotel and ground transportation arrangements for all training, events and meetings.
Maintains event and sample product inventory is in good working condition, is packed, tracked, shipped and received as required. Inspects exhibit booths for damage and arranges for repairs or replacement.
Required Qualifications:
Experience learning complex internal systems and gaining proficiency quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning, and execution
Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to "roll-up your sleeves"
Ability to build relationships across multiple departments
Occasionally will need to work early or late during training weeks
Excellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once
Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Requires critical, strategic, and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
Hybrid (4 days per week in Covington, GA office, Monday-Thursday).
Education and/or Experience:
Associate's Degree (AA/AS) or 3+ years of sales operations, customer support, partner support/enablement preferred
2-5 years administrative and shipping experience required.
