The Direct Sales Representative will drive BLK sales in the Central US region by managing accounts, developing new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include sales calls, closing sales orders, territory management, organizing promotional activities, conducting customer seminars, and providing technical advice on Leica products. The role requires monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating on pricing strategies. A background in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field, with strong sales and technical skills, is preferred. Travel (50%+) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce are essential.
