Provide 1:1 service for individuals on caseload, documenting all interactions in ECR
Complete monthly apartment inspections, addressing any needed repairs within 30 days.
Collect, compile, and submit data required for program evaluation and grant reporting under contract.
Update GRID/MEIRs at least monthly.
Maintaining accurate rent calculations (at least annually unless there's a change in income).
Complete CONNECTs and treatment plans.
Collect rent from individuals on caseload monthly, delivering payments to RRSS admin assistant.
Assist individuals with purchasing needed items for apartments, scheduling maintenance as needed.
Assisting individuals with linkage to appointments, recommending services as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
