Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager, Patient Engagement REMOTE

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Role Overview:
The Senior IT Project Manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) drives project delivery, managing complex, high-impact projects from start to finish.
Project Scope: Lead the Patient Engagement Project to transform the check-in experience across 900 clinics with a modernized Patient Engagement Portal. Key features include:
Digital check-in
Insurance card scanning
Patient scheduling automation
Waitlist functionality
Oversee technical implementation, create status reports, and deliver weekly updates to C-level executives.
Requirements:
8+ years in IT project management (enterprise platforms, infrastructure, software development, business applications)
5+ years with patient engagement applications, EHR implementations, or complex healthcare systems
5+ years in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office products
Experience with PPM tools (e.g., PlanView, MS Project Server, CA Technologies) is a plus
Expertise in technology solution delivery projects
Proven ability to build detailed project schedules using MS Project
Experience managing cross-functional teams and advocating for business technology projects
Expertise in Waterfall methodology; familiarity with Agile or hybrid approaches
Strong planning, communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
