Our client is currently seeking a MEDICAL ASSISTANT for their clinic in Aubrey TX.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Room and vitalize patients and accurately document data in the patient record
- Assist provider during exams including administering injections and drawing labs
- Manage communications effectively both with patients and team members
- Process/complete assigned tasks in the EMR from provider to patient
- Help cover in lab when needed
Qualifications & Requirements: -
- EMR experience, Nextgen exp preferred
- Strong customer service engagement for both internal and external customers
- High School grad or GED
Shift Start/End Time: M-F, 8a-5p
Terms: Contract (3-6 months) to Hire
Rate: $20.00 per hour
