Description:
Job Title: VMO-CRST Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate authorization requests from internal teams.
- Perform authentication procedures.
- Confirm wire instructions.
- Close out requests and document actions taken.
- Handle escalated requests appropriately.
- Participate in monthly regression testing following internal system updates.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills:
- Client service skills or experience in call center operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Empathy and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in banking and/or finance is strongly preferred.
