Job Duties:


  • Management and maintenance of highly specialized, complex dispatch software systems and programs: (e.g., Pepsi Dispatch, Roadnet, Fleet Loader, Asset Management Tool, and Bay Mapping Applications).

  • System Analytics: responsible for customized building of Warehouse Operational delivery plans (e.g., VIP WebTL Voice Pick System, Vertique Robotics, Traditional Paper Pick, VIP Beverage on the Web,)

  • Manages complex routing protocols related to customer and location parameters ensuring service, cost, and productivity target goals and sustained service levels for all locations.

  • Creates and builds analytical assessment-based reporting, meeting demanding Regional Warehouse and Sales Operations requirements, using complex mathematical compilations.

  • Ongoing individual/organizational communications with key stakeholders and management related to critical routing solutions and plan effectiveness.

  • Project management and negotiation on primary dispatch processes that effect delivery and inventory outcomes.

  • Other duties as Assigned

Minimum Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • One year of DSD dispatch or warehouse experience is required and one year of Route Sales experience is required. One year of Direct Store Sales Delivery experience is preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written skills are required. Good computer skills to include Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail is a must.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Must be able to communicate with both internal and external customers.

  • Constantly (85%) required to sit.

  • Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb, walk, stand, and lift less than 20 pounds.

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
