Shift: Day shift Fri-Tues
Pay: $22-$27/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic:
Keep our fleet of Class A trucks and trailers operating in top shape. You’ll perform the important preventative maintenance tasks, including removing, cleaning, repairing, reinstalling and adjusting truck and trailer components.
Of course, you’ll diagnose mechanical problems, complete repairs and, if needed, rebuild equipment for anything from brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, electrical components to diesel engines and more.
Safety is our priority, and you’ll evaluate completed work and conduct final inspection of equipment prior to release to ensure compliance with federal and state code regulations and our company safety standards.
Make service calls offsite, as needed.
You’ll work Monday-Friday, with a start time anywhere between 5:00 am – 6:00 am, and wrap up the day between 4:00 pm & 5:30 pm, based on your start time. And, based on your schedule, you may be opening and closing the maintenance garage.
What You need to be a Diesel Mechanic?
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred
Class A CDL license, preferred
Mechanic experience working on heavy duty trucks and tractor trailers, with ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and diesel engine problems
Ability to use battery and charging system test equipment
Basic welding skills (Mig, Oxy/Acl) for welding/fabricating bodywork and parts
