This role is responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive technical training for Revenue and Support Vehicle employees. This role administers the Maintenance Certification Programs and conducts driver licensing training and testing. The position requires the development and implementation of training curricula, maintenance standards, and quality assurance procedures. Additionally, the role involves providing hands-on guidance to mechanics, collaborating with the engineering department, and supervising employees in various training programs. As a safety-sensitive position, it is subject to the rules and regulations of the Drug and Alcohol Policy.Duties & Responsibilities:

Pay Range:
$77,437.00 - $109,380.25 AnnualRTD posts a compensation range that represents a good faith estimate of what RTD anticipates paying for the position at the time of posting. Starting salary is based on the candidate’s relevant and verified education, training and work experience.
