What you'll do...


Join a team that is transforming the International Finance and Accounting Business Services area. As a leader in this space, you will be driving the successful execution of digital transformation initiatives across the International Finance Business Services organization driving back value to our customers.


This person will have a transformational mindset and the ability to look at business processes, define the problem statement and work with multiple stakeholders to transform and drive efficiencies across the business. This will drive value back to Walmart and our Shareholders.


The ideal candidate will work with our business partners and our Shared Service Transformation teams in the international markets to ideate, design solutions, support program management and deploy the latest and greatest technologies to solve complex problems for our business partners.


What you'll do:


  • Responsible for building the financial business case for transformation initiatives in the International Markets supporting Enterprise Business Services. They will be able to communicate and present business case metrics and solutions to stakeholders for moderately complex transformations and explain value propositions.

  • Has knowledge of transition and transformation frameworks and methodologies.
    Builds detailed process understanding for complex and large-scale projects. Evaluates and simplifies existing business processes using process modeling techniques to identify gaps and redundancies across large and complex projects.

  • Responsible for managing large scale projects and multiple workstreams. Owns the discovery of project requirements through deep subject-matter expertise. Aligns timelines, tasks schedule, and resources and monitors status. Creates guidelines and methods for managing projects and ensures project partners follow proper procedures. Assesses complex changes and leads fact-based decisions in high-risk situations (for example, critical issues, timeline adjustments, unforeseen circumstances)]

  • Relationships with stakeholders are key. The ideal candidate will ensure all stakeholders are in alignment with project approaches. Leads the development of communication and change frameworks to drive alignment with business strategy and desired outcomes.


What you'll bring:


  • Extensive project and program management experience is required.

  • Lean Six Sigma or Master Black Belt work experience.

  • Having the ability to translate business problems to our Global Tech partners to ideate and design a solution that will solve the customer's needs.

  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional team environments.

  • Being able to work in ambiguous situations and achieving team objectives.

  • Effectively communicate with the project team and to senior leadership Transformation project statuses and must have the ability to influence our business partners.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
