As an Analytics Manager - Business Intelligence & Reporting, you will build the analytics foundations for driving listing quality within Walmart Marketplace by creating tools to monitor business performance against our key goals and drive actionable insights and recommendations. You will be instrumental in realizing our strategic vision to enhance quality of listings on the platform transforming Customer and Seller experiences and accelerating overall Marketplace growth. This role is nested within the business team.

Partnering with Data Analytics and Business teams to define metrics & build dashboards to track performance and progress towards goals.
Enabling fast decision making across the organization by aggregating, analyzing & synthesizing data from multiple sources.
Running business review cadence to summarize past performance, develop key insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
Collaborating with cross-functional business, product, sales, and marketing counterparts to develop and executive action plans against recommendations.
Developing forecasting processes and support business planning cycles.
Performing ad hoc deep dives to support data-driven decision making.
Managing complex business intelligence and reporting solutions by researching potential solutions and making recommendations to meet end user business objectives.
Updating business data, creating visual prototypes and design documentation, and monitoring solutions and troubleshooting any issues.
Completing dashboard and reporting specifications and creating reports and visualization of information to effectively communicate results.
Managing the implementation of business intelligence solution roadmaps by developing written and oral presentations and presenting to diverse audiences (for example, management, customers, suppliers, business intelligence, and analytics staff).
Teaching business intelligence and reporting technologies and processes through informal and formal mentorship both inside and outside the team.
Ensuring solution testing and validation and ensuring requirements are met to support implementations
Overseeing upgrades and release schedules for business intelligence and database products.
Reviewing impact of changes before and after solution implementation and communicating project results and updates to senior leadership.
Creating and revising complex business intelligence and reporting solutions by identifying business requirements and validating gathered information.
Designing and conducting analysis and reporting solutions and writing detailed dashboard and reporting specifications.
Documenting and revising processes to collect, analyze, compile, and submit data and information.
Creating reports and visualization of information to effectively communicate results.
Understanding current customer business intelligence and reporting needs by managing production of scheduled reports.
Managing reporting databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data and identifying gaps and opportunities in business intelligence and reporting solutions.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
You have experience in the eCommerce industry and understand market trends
You have experience collaborating with cross-functional data teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
You have a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Math, Computer Science, etc.)
You have advanced knowledge of data mining and experience with SQL, data warehousing, statistical analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
You are proficient in Pivots and Power Pivots
You can solve problems and identify gaps for areas of improvement
You have strong communication skills and are flexible to change
You are diligent and creative
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in analytics, information technology, real estate, or related area OR 4 years' experience in analytics, information technology, real estate, or related area
1 - 3 years' experience in data and analysis and business intelligence technologies
1 - 3 years' experience in analytics software, including proficiency in advanced application functions
1 - 3 years' experience in advanced statistical analyses and interpretation, including trend analysis and modeling

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
